How to fix

Without a negation, use another adverb (全然大丈夫です → まったく問題ありません).

Why it matters

In written Japanese, adverbs such as 全然 and 決して pair with a negation (全然足りない, "not at all enough"). Without one (全然大丈夫です, "totally fine") they are spoken usage and read as casual in a report or a notice. chaff reports one only when no negating word (ない, ません, ず, 違う, a 不 or 無 prefix) follows it in the sentence.

What it does not flag

Not reported when a negating word (ない, ません, ず, 違う, 駄目) or a word opening with 不, 未, 無 or 非 follows. まったく is not checked, since まったく同じ is correct. Off for blogs, literature and speech.
