Chat-reply residue

Words left from a pasted chat reply, such as "I hope this helps"
Example
How to fix
Rewrite it for the document's reader, or delete it. Replace a knowledge-cutoff line with the date you checked and the source.
Why it matters
"As of my last knowledge update" and "I hope this helps" are what a chat reply leaves behind when pasted into a document. A knowledge-cutoff or AI disclaimer counts on its own; a courtesy people also write counts only when two come together.
What it does not flag
A single courtesy people also write ("I hope this helps"), however often it is repeated, is not reported. Two listed phrases in one sentence count as one.
