Nested repeated particle
no-doubled-joshion by default (info)Japanese
The same Japanese particle repeated, so what attaches to what is unclear
Example
How to fix
Split the sentence, or rephrase so the attachment is explicit.
Why it matters
When the same particle repeats without a break, the reader cannot tell which phrase attaches to which. Items separated by punctuation are not counted. Nor are particles inside a title or a quotation in 「」 or 『』, which the writer cannot rephrase; the quotation as a whole is read as one noun.
What it does not flag
Items separated by commas, phrases separated by =, a colon or an arrow, titles or quotations inside 「」 or 『』, the title of an outside page quoted by a link at a line's head, and the の before an honorific for a group of people when that form of address goes on with の (国民の皆様の期待, 被災者の方々の暮らし), are not counted.
