Match the way the rest of the document writes it.

Why it matters

In a Japanese document, parentheses written both full-width （） and half-width (), or square brackets written both ［］ and [], make it look pasted together. chaff does not pick a side; it counts only brackets touching Japanese text and points at the less common way.

What it does not flag

Only brackets touching Japanese text, parentheses and square brackets compared apart; Markdown links are not counted, and note markers ([1], [^1]) are compared only with each other. Brackets in English text (f(x)), brackets in a formula (賃金 × (1 - 時間 ÷ 月平均)), code, 「」 quotations, and the title of an outside page quoted by a link at a line's head (- [Title (draft)](https://…)) are not counted.
